UBM completes its acquisition of Canon Communications LLC

On 16 September 2010 UBM announced that it had agreed to acquire Canon Communications LLC for US$287m. The acquisition was subject, amongst other things, to Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance. UBM today announces that all relevant approvals have been obtained and that it has completed the acquisition.
