UBM investor briefing

United Business Media Limited will today host an afternoon briefing for investors and analysts, starting at 2.30pm at the London Stock Exchange (see below for details). The presentation materials and a live webcast of the briefing will be available from UBM's website, www.ubm.com.

The briefing is intended to provide investors and analysts with greater insight into two significant segments of UBM's business. In the first presentation, Jime Essink, President and Chief Executive Officer of UBM Asia, will present on UBM's Events business, with a particular focus on China and Asia. In the afternoon's second presentation, Ninan Chacko, Chief Executive Officer of PR Newswire, will present on UBM's Targeting, Monitoring & Distribution business.

Neither presentation will disclose any new material information.
