United Business Media sells Culverhouse Cross site for £18.7m
United Business Media plc announced today that as part of its on-going process of monetising its non-core assets, it has completed the sale of its Culverhouse Cross site to ITV plc for a total consideration of £18.7m. The Culverhouse Cross site, located seven miles outside Cardiff, includes the television studio complex that - until the completion of the site’s sale - has been leased by ITV from United Business Media.
